Combine all ingredients except beer in a cocktail shaker over ice, shake until cold.
Take frosted beer glass, rim the edge with salt and fill with ice.
Add mix from the cocktail shaker to the glass, top off with an ice-cold Mexican Lager.
Garnish with limes.
