Ingredients

1.5oz Rejon Tequila Blanco
1oz Mezcal
1oz Lime
.75oz Agave Nectar

Instructions

Muddle pineapple, small slice of habanero and sage. Garnish with pineapple chunks, habanero, and sage spring.

Garden Paloma

Ingredients

2oz Tequila Rejon Blanco
1oz grapefruit juice
3/4oz jalapeño-agave syrup
1/2oz lime juice
1 dash Bitter Truth Celery bitters
Garnish: Lime wedge

Instructions

Shake all ingredients and strain into Collins glass. Top with seltzer and a pinch of salt. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Club soda

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except grapefruit soda into tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into Collins glass. Add fresh ice, top off with grapefruit soda and garnish. Ideal blend of agave notes with sweet pineapple and bitter orange

Ingredients

Rejon Tequila Reposado 2 oz
Ginger Beer 1 oz
Fresh Lime Juice .75oz
.5 oz agave nectar
.25 oz syrup
Garnish: Mint leaves

Instructions

Shake 30 seconds with ice to one minute and pour into glass with ice.

Golosa

Ingredients

1 oz Rejon Reposado
1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Irish Cream
1 oz Half & half
Garnish: Nutmeg and coffee rim

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake. Pour into drinking glass and add more ice. Garnish with nutmeg.

Mexican Fashioned

Rejon Tequila Extra Añejo 2 oz
Cocchi Di Torino 1 oz
Chocolate bitters 2 dashes
Mandarin Napoleon .25 oz
Garnish: Orange Curl

Instructions

Stir 30 seconds, rub orange peel around the rim and throw it inside the glass

Mexican Martini

Ingredients

1.5 oz tequila Rejon Blanco
.5 oz blanc vermouth
.25 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 dashes orange bitters
Garnish: Olives

Instructions

Add the tequila, blanc vermouth, lemon juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with olives.

MARGARITA

Ingredients

1.5 oz Tequila
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave Nectar
.25 oz Fresh Orange Juice
.25 oz Orange Liqueur
Garnish: Lime

Instructions

Wet 1/2 rim of rocks glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip into salt mixture. Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.

Strawberry fields

Ingredients

1.5 oz Tequila Rejon Blanco
.75 oz Aperol
.5 oz Chareau
1 Lime juice
.5 oz Simple syrup

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Muddle strawberries. Add cucumber and strawberry to garnish.

Naranjero

Ingredients

1.5 oz Tequila Rejon Blanco
.5 oz Aperol
.5 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple syrup

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with sea salt rim and lime wedge

Tequila Michelada

Ingredients

2oz Tequila Rejon Blanco
4oz Clamato or Bloody Mary Mix
.25oz Worcestershire Sauce
3 Dashes Hot Sauce
1 oz Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Bottle Mexican Lager
Garnish: Celery wedge

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except beer in a cocktail shaker over ice, shake until cold. Take frosted beer glass, rim the edge with salt and fill with ice. Add mix from the cocktail shaker to the glass, top off with an ice-cold Mexican Lager. Garnish with limes.

Juarez

Ingredients

2 oz Tequila Rejon Extra Añejo
.5 oz sweet vermouth (coffee infused)
.5 oz dry vermouth
2 dashes orange or Aztec choc Bitters
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir for 15-20 rotations. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Hibiscus Margarita

2oz Tequila Rejon Reposado
.5oz hibiscus water concentrate
.75oz simple syrup
1 oz Lime Juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients n a cocktail shaker over ice, shake until cold. Take frosted glass, rim the edge with Tajin. Add mix from the cocktail shaker to the glass. Garnish with orange slice and hibiscus.
